Waluigi potential special moves

Neutral B - Shell Shot Waluigi pulls a tennis racket and whacks a shell in front of him. If tapped, is a green shell. If held, is a red shell. Can be canceled with Shield and the projectile shell falls to the ground. Side B - Air Swim Waluigi swims through the air. Can be angled or ended early to let Waluigi do a slam dunk.

    Up B - Waluigi Twist Similar to Bayonetta's Witch Twist except only one hit which launches at a 45º angle so like a meteor smash. Down B - WAA!! Waluigi charges a WAA that comes out slow, but deals electric damage with low to moderate knockback. Charge can be stored. Final Smash - Wortex Waluigi becomes a black hole and sucks nearby fighters in and spitting them out at blistering speed.
