Multiple Babies Question

Can a couple have multiple babies? I have Grell and Kichi pictured with their son Elijah and I'm curious if he'll get a baby brother and what I have to do to make that happen.

    Yes they can. My look a like just asked about having a fifth child. The miis will tell you when they want more baby miis. My island has had 34 births so far.
