NEWS: Assassin's Creed Syndicate looks GOOD!!! Happy to see that Ubisoft has decided refine the gameplay and add/tweak the mechanics. Really love the zipline add on along with the new location and riding feature. There's no franchise like Assassin's Creed! I wont purchase the game at full price obviously, but it's nice to see the Creed remove itself from remaining stagnant. FINALLY! I see growth!

    the series needs a legit break. this is the 14th game in 8 years. Even if you eat a really tasty hamburger every day, you're going to get tired of it. even if its tasty.

    I'm the kind of person that focuses on what I see that is good and/or fun. I could say Mario, Pokemon and Kirby games need a legit break, but wont because I know their games make their company money and it's fun.     I'll drop $60 on it. I still haven't completed Black Flag. I will complete Black Flag on either a PS4 or an Xbox One followed by Unity then head to Syndicate possibly in 2017. Assassin's Creed 1 was CLASSIC and so much fun. AC2 was the greatest Creed game in the series. Brotherhood was cool, Revelations wasn't my favorite, AC3 is my second favorite and Black Flag is boss! Haven't played Unity yet.

    1 game a year is too much when the gameplay is almost copy and pasted between titles. And since Kirby and Nintendo alternate between systems it doesn't feel as fatigued. It's fine for people who like it but, does Assassin Creed need to be here every single year? Mix it up a little. Maybe prince if Persia, splinter cell. But hey like I said gamers own all the power. Splinter cell didn't sell (lol)

    I can agree with you. Assassin's Creed believes in the, "if it aint broke don't fix it" phrase. I believe the game has grown as each title debuts, but the growth isn't noticeable unless you've played previous titles. The art direction and graphics look so similar that it's easy to say the game doesn't look much better. Zelda is one of those franchises that goes in different art directions and

    adds on to gameplay which is why each title feels so fresh. Creed games do not take this approach, but that's cool. I don't buy games at half the price they're worth so it doesn't bother me. I barely purchase games to begin with. As of right now, the earliest I will pick up Syndicate will be winter 2017. I am in no rush to buy and complete games fast anyway.     other genre of games. There's this SNES title called Seiken Densetsu 3 that I started playing back in 2012. Still haven't completed it. Mostly due to my schedule and other things. Xenoblade Chronicles also took up a chunk of my time when I played games during my free time.

    Still playing Xenoblade, and Fiora is still alive, and Shulk kissed her (or fed her water) I need to get some mechon parts so she can stay alive so no spoilers. This game is way bigger than I coulda thought. P.s asscreed's fanbase would never except an art style change.

    Dude I'm telling you I thought she was done for. I've only played AC 3 and Unity. 3 is better and it was pretty average. It was just too short for the $60 I spent. Did you know about ASSCreed on the DS? It's honestly kinda like Metriod but with mostly Melee attacks.

    I couldn't wait for you to discover Fiora's emergence from the dead when I found out you had Xenoblade Chronicles and actually liked the story. I told myseld, "this man will go crazy when he finds out the truth about Fiora." lol. I was aware of Assassin's Creed having a DS version. I owned it (on my PC via a DS emulator) and thought it was mediocre. At least Prime Hunters was fun. Lol. Creed on

    the DS was utter garbage. AC3 was good until the midway point. I'd give Creed 3 a 6.5 to a 7 on a good day. I had too much fun with that game though. I've never played Unity.

    I'd give 3 a 7.5 it showed glimpses of a great game but it played it too safe. A lot of the side quests felt empty and it didn't feel like the game got more difficult. I'm thinking of getting AC 4 but I may just get watch dogs instead. Both games should be under $30 by now.

    My reason for giving AC3 the rating I did dealt more with the story and its connection with the 4 previous Assassin's Creed titles. I loved the game, but not being able to physically take out Vidic (leader of Abstergo) after being abused (both physically and mentally) by him since AC1 (2007) I wanted to assault that dude. He was killed during a cutscene. OH HOW ANTI-CLIMATIC THAT WAS!! lol.

    I bet that game is gonna be just as broken & bug filled like unity was lol I even seen a NPC glitch while walking when they was demonstrating it.
