how powerful does my pokemon need to be to beat this for the first time? I am stuck on it and wonder if my pokemon are too weak

    I have been stuck on it for over 2 weeks without improved pokepower and way too many pokecoins (over 250,000) i already have all species bonus, and a legendary caught with all species bonus can increasing my rank make the balloon pokemon stronger?
