Alright then, let's see how "unreasonable" the times are. The first test was on a Friday at 8:00 in the afternoon. How is that unreasonable? By that time, every kid would be out of school. Maybe you wouldn't be out of work, but most people wanting to play this are kids.

Seriously, do you all not know how to read? Tom clearly says that it's on the 23rd. That's next Saturday. Take a chill pill, gents. It'll be here soon enough as well as the full game after that..

The next test was on a Saturday at 4:00 in the morning PT. I get how it's a little loco, but it's a Saturday. Most people are doing nothing the whole day. So once again, not really unreasonable. The test after that was on the same day at noon, PT of course. No one could consider this unreasonable unless you sleep in until 1:00. Not unreasonable in any way.

Can anyone read? He said 5/23 was the day of the testfire not this week. Anyone complaining about not knowing when the demo is there is something amazing called the internet where you can look it up for your timezone.

@Evan just because most people dont do anything for most of a day doesnt mean they're AWAKE for most of the day your other points are valid though

I really don't like this. I live on the East Coast of the U.S so I have to count 3 hours ahead and i missed it every time! They should either give times for every time zone or run it like a normal Beta, where it runs until like, a day before the game comes out. Yeah if you agree with what im saying.

@noah: The "under maintenance" message means the servers are turned off. The demo WILL NOT WORK while the servers are off. The servers will be turned on for 1 hour next Saturday. The start time depends on what time zone you're in: 3:00 pm Pacific Time 4:00 pm Mountain Time 5:00 pm Central Time 6:00 pm Eastern Time

... I really wish Nintendo had programmed the testfire demo to tell you the times __in your own time zone__ and give a countdown to the next one. It would make it a lot friendlier for kids who don't know about time zones, and for adults who have trouble remembering how many hours to add or subtract.
