    Uses Ice and water attacks Uses dual pistols (he's a crazy penguin dictator how can he not have weapons like these lol) When really weak, he resorts to bombs and strong ice attacks

    Really weak state is called the No Chill mode, which boosts his stats by 200%. Speed is reduced to balance him out.

    Uses "Ice Barrier" to boost defence. "Belly Slide" is the only physical attack. "Ice Shard" is a weak ice attack "Ice chunk" is normal "Iceberg" is the strongest and is only used in "No Chill" state. Since it's powerful, the move can only be used a few times before he gets exhausted and both Eth stats decreases a whole lot along with def.

    Oops. Forgot water attacks. CHILLPENGI uses water attacks to heal himself when major fire damage is dealt. He's likely to catch fire because of his penguin feathers. As the player, using water on CHILLPENGI boosts his speed and restores HP.

    Catchphrase: "This Pengi has no chill." He'll constantly make witty remarks and taunts you throughout the area you're in. He'll send in other penguins from the army to attack you. They don't do anything, and would probably just leave the battle. This probably would upset the protagonist, and CHILLPENGI sees that the protagonist has a bone to pick. He brags a bit more and the battle starts.
