Apparently, one of the reasons Dark Pit isn't an alt is because it was weirs having him use the Three Sacred Treasures... but it isn't weirder to have the Koopalings turn into Shadow Mario. And because he wasn't using his 'iconic' Dark Pit Staff, which he never actually uses in Uprising... but that's apparently more iconic to his character than Airships are to the Koopalings. Okay.

    Also remember that Dark Pit is a semi-important character from an obscure series, whilst the Koopalings are recurring semi-important characters in the biggest video game franchise.

    Dark pit is known as pittoo it makes sense that they made him a clone plus I prefer the electroshock arm and his personally.

    Not saying he doesn't make sense. I'm just saying it's downright silly to be saying that a weapon loosely based off of him is more iconic to his character than something the Koopalings are associated with in almost every game they're in, and to say that it's weirder to have him do something the character he's a clone of did than have the Koopalings do something that has nothing to do with them.

    3 kid icarus games= 3 reps since mario is the main nintendo games we get 7 we can't have all the koopalings separate characters especially roy because he isn't roy.

    We have 3 MOTHER games and 2 MOTHER reps. Bare in mind MOTHER is far more popular and well received as a series.

    Perhaps, but it's still been incredibly well received. I'll compare- Kid Icarus is a series with a miniscule fanbase, two mediocre game, and one incredible game. MOTHER is a series with one of the biggest fandoms in gaming, one mediocre game, and two incredible games.

    @Sebastian: No. I've already said I'm just pointing out how stupid it is that, according to Sakurai, a weapon loosely associated with Pittoo is apparently as iconic as airships are to the Koopalings. Heck, an airship would've made more sense than SM, given that Junior is linked to it as well.
