So why was Kid Icarus Uprising developed for the 3DS and not the upcoming Wii U? Imagine if Uprising was a title launch for the Wii U.

    Kid Icarus would have worked well on Wii U. But Nintendo can't cancel their 3DS projects and move them to Wii U. They have to support both consoles.
