Raiden vs. Jetstream Sam, probably the best fight in videogame history. If you've ever played Metal Gear Rising, you would agree too. Too bad I sold it, I really want to play it again. Can't wait for MGS Phantom Pain and maybe Metal Gear Rising 2, hopefully.
