    Sometimes i wonder if Volga is the reincarnation of Volvagia in human form maybe he is except in Volga's dragon form he has legs in OoT Volvagia dosn't have legs at all maybe this is the completed version of Volvagia considering this one also has wings and as i explained before he has legs and he's even bigger than the last dragon.
