Does anyone know if its normal for Latios's first move to be Zen Headbutt? His signature move is Luster purge but I don't have it. I feel like I'm being ripped off... I guess I'll have to capture him again to get Luster purge.

He's not sparkling so I don't get him.

You can get them even if there not sparkling, its just very rare. Sparkling is just a way of letting you know ahead of time that you will capture them 100%. But I've caught many bosses that weren't sparkling.

I solved my problem, went to the move tutor and taught him psychic and dragon dance. yay. :)
