Unpopular opinion: I like Skylanders. I feel it gets a lot of hate because of the figures. You don't have to buy them all, you can finish the game with the starting figures, and you only need one of each type of skylander to 100% the game, and it's designed for kids who aren't going to care about 100%ing games, they just want the character they like. It's obviously not designed for completionists.

    I love amiibo, even more than skylanders, no need for apologies XD. Just people seem to judge Skylanders because you have to buy figures for certain characters, but the thing is, it's completly optional you don't have to get them.

    Skylanders came with my Wii U. I sold it a few months later, along with the figures, and only got $30. -~-

    At this point I'm so far into Skylanders I can't get out XD. We (My siblings and I) have around 90 figures and all 4 games. It helps I have siblings that get figures with me. Skylanders Spyro's Adventure holds a lit if nostalgia for me, even though its a recent game. The music is great and I love hearing the main theme, it really captures the feel of the game.

    it's always much more enjoyable when you have siblings to play videogames with! I have 3 siblings ,but only 2 love videogames ,our older sister is not that much into videogames ,I think 3 is good enough

    I haven't been as into Skylanders as I have been before, but I support all "figures to life" games, from Skylanders to Disney Infinity to amiibo. :)
