    PS3 slims are more reliable than PS3 fat. I wouldn't pay more than $300 for a 500Gb model. But Need for Speed 'Needs' a reboot because the first game was over twenty years ago!

    Hard drives can be swapped out but current firmware causes issues with the drive on either style of PS3. Sony is notorious for hogging drive space with their game. Nintendo compresses them better.
