Mario Party 10 Community

How does the play of Mario Party X stack up to past Mario Party games? I have yet to get it because of bad reviews saying its nothing new. Of course reviews are based on one persons opinion. Did they include an online muliplayer mode? Now that would be cool along with chat interaction between players online.
