    Now for a couple tricks I like to do. These actually have combat benefits. When landing on a slope, your character will slide a certain amount. This distance is increased when you hit a slope with a fast fall. When fast falling onto this slope, you will slide right into the Emperor's deadly core.

    The second trick I like to do is to stand just above the core and throw my saw blade straight down.

    Then I do a short hop, and just before I hit the core I air jump and immediately do an air dodge to grab the blade. Then I land on the slope and do the fast fall dodge roll trick. The saw grab can be difficult, but it feels nice when you get it right. This can help you get the feel for recovering important items from dangerous surfaces. Pulling both off in succession, just feels amazing.

    Here I've just thrown Dark Samus into the core and shot a Crash Bomb toward the left as she was launched past me. This will decrease her odds of being able to sheild or dodge the bomb blast. Another very satisfying tech.
