Smash needs moar villains. I know many people that agree with me think that K. Rool should be in, but... I have no idea what kind of moveset he would have because I've never really played any DK games. Also, I can think of two other characters that would have a unique playstyle, so... Porky Minch or Masked Man for Smash.
