Paper Mario: Sticker Star had loads of potential. I loved the battle system, the music was catchy and it was incredibly detailed. But overall, the game was rushed, which is why it gets so much hate.

    Yeah, the bosses sucked. They're always the same: if you don't have the right sticker they're impossible, if you do they're incredibly easy. They might as well have made a sign which said "PUT THIS STIKER HERE PLOX"

    The thing that disappoints me most is that is was going to be more like the other Paper Marios before the developers decided to quietly switch things up.

    The battle system is the best thing about it IMO. The rest just needed more work, and it could've been a fun reboot, like Super Paper Mario.
