Eurovision, my friend is obsessed with that. It's something like American Idol, right?

It's a contest between European countries (and some non-European countries for some reason), to perform the best song. Each country submits a song, and through some ridiculously complicated voting system, the song with the best score wins. It's about 75% awful, but usually fun to watch.
