to enter the wind temple you must obtain the iron boots. to obtain the iron boots you have to freeze the volcano like island with the ice arrows and then go inside and find the chest with the iron boots. to freeze the volcano you also need the ice arrows. to get the ice arrows you have to teleport to the mother and child island by using the ballad of the wind that you get after defeating cyclos,
