Smash Update: We thought Ness's recovery was bad, so now pressing up and B instantly causes him to activate PK Thunder 2 rocket in the other direction you're holding, like Fox's up-special! We don't think this will be overpowered, as people have complained about Ness being bad in the past few Super Smash Bros.™ installments!
