RushHourSmash has a couple videos about spacing and zoning, ZeRo has some guides for some characters, Jtails has a bunch of guides too. if you actually look at these channels i can guarantee you will get better.

The 2nd four stock i got on him had three knees in one match. Ended it off with a spike. Did you ever think he would be better if he stopped rolling? I counted and he rolled 50 times in one match. That says a lot. And no, he still would be lack luster at the game even if he stopped rolling.
