Rohan Kishibe from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure:Diamond Is Unbreakable. I haven't read/watched this part yet(it will be animated),but I like some of the characters in it from seeing them in JJBA All-Star Battle. Rohan is one of the ones I like the most from part 4!
