    Simple. Turn the wind to north, and then go to the eskimo guy that sold you the sail. Go up just the one flight of stairs and then turn left and walk across the grass path. It will lead you to a ladder. Go up and step on the switch. If you want the lighthouse, then go up the windmill and shoot a fire arrow into one of the gold things AT NIGHT.
