    There would be no point in delaying Roy. If he is a clone they can make him fast and maybe even charge less or have him as some kind of bundle. I would actually prefer Roy to be a clone so I won't have to learn a new character. Just give him is own Side B, Neutral B, and the Diagonal Dolphin Slash.
