    My connection is perfect. Put your Wii U system next to your modem. The 3DS' WiFi connection is much better compared to the Wii U, it's that bad. So maybe that's your problem. Otherwise I don't know, sorry.

    Mine works well too. Make sure that your Internet Service Provider gave you your own IP address, instead of sharing it with lots others.
