You have the premium picto box, who is the lover writing a note, and how do I get him/her to write it? Is this him?

no, its not him, BUT i know who it is, this is how you get him: just wait right on the shore where the docks are of windfall, and watch the mailbox, then when that guy with red overalls comes, he starts putting a note in the mailbox, when hes doing that, quickly snap a picture of him, and PRESTO! You have the picture. hope this helped :D
