First go to the red circle. Once there on the Wii pad rotate clockwise one turn. Then head into the little door for the first gem. Then return to the red wheel and rotate one turn clockwise again. Head up stairs past the owl. Then time your run to rotate the next red wheel. Rotate clockwise twice to destroy the blocks through manipulating the bullet bills. Rotate clock wise yet again.

Bullets will fly across the lava and clear a path. Run past the bullet bills to get the second gem.

Now return to the first wheel in the level and rotate clockwise twice. Go over the stairs towards the three ? Boxes. Sneak past the owls and run past the second bullet bill to get to the third red wheel. Then rotate the red wheel in a tricky manner so the bill shots at the blocks to reveal the third gem. After the gem set the red wheel so that a path is set leading towards. The beginning.

Go up the path to the red wheel near the start and rotate it skipping the star path because a well hidden golden mushroom will appear after retrieving the mushroom return to the previous red wheel and rotate until star appears. Then get star. This was a tricky map. Later though they get even worse. YouTube has great guides to all these levels. Good luck.
