    Or put specific rules. Maybe categories... Y'know,stuff that will make fans think about their ballots? Yeah Returnees shouldn't be part of this since their popularity will just slap them in. Also i want Mach Rider in SSB4. It needs more obscure NES REPS. Maybe some SNES ones. Perhaps Weavile...
