Unlike the ESRB leak from last year, this one is actual game footage so its very hard to say that it was made up and if it is, then the people who made it have way too much time in their hands.

They were hinted at in an official update and now their presence was leaked from an upcoming update, if that doesn't make it official then I don't know what does.
