The most brutal legendary to catch was Raquaza in Sapphire. It took an hour to get to the top, and I only had a few PokeBalls and a Lv. 50 Ludicolo and other useless Pokemon to catch it. The number of soft resets... And, it gets worse. I traded it away.

That's not all too bad. In Pokémon White, I got a Thunderous, and traded it away. For an Emboar.
