    i do and one time watching a lets play of that game when he died that death screen scared me to death for some reason.

    No. Not in a game series that melts the skin off of the final boss with a pit of lava, and then has you fight the bones version....(Bowser =>Dry Bones Bowser in New Super Mario Bros & NSMB2 for the 3DS, and I'm sure a few others). Not to mention, the whole Yoshi-eating-enemies-&-defecating-them-out-in-egg-form thing has always been kinda gross. He's cute but BRUTALLY vicious @ the same time.
