    I don't, but there's still the danger of it, you can get perma banned without a warning. Luckilly, I have a giant plan about how to come back that uses my formatted 3DS.

    That's what I do. When you do that, never report anything ever. It will result in an immediate perma ban. Trust me.

    Four bans is nothing. I got, like, 20 before I was perma'd on my first account. Then 15 before my second 3DS account was perma'd. Then 15 before I was perma'd on my Wii U account. Then another 15 before my Wii U was console'd. Well, that's kinda close.

    Unfortunately, peole are getting perma banned faster, sometimes it can take only 2 bans I heared. That's why I'm scared of every admin notification...

    More and more people are making alts for people who were console'd. The admins recognize their mii and perma ban them because, and I quote, "The dead is supposed to stay dead." Or because they're using alts. Either one.

    "After all, this is Nintendo we're talking about! Nintendo!" I might just be overthinking things. I think they can tell now if somebody is using an account that was made by somebody under a different IP. I might be wrong though.

    Also, you should remember this, once I saw a post saying "Comment for notifs." Then he spammed comments on it. All of the comments he spammed were deleted by admins, and he was banned.
