If Lucina is a clone and Roy is a pseudo clone and having both of them is OK, then while were at it let's add: Young Link, Peppy Hare (clone), Psuedo-clone Paper Mario, some F-Zero character who's a clone of Falcon, the online multiplayer fighter from Kid Icarus: Uprising (pseudo clone), Ninten (clone) If Roy can come back, so can Pichu, so lets add Raichu as a pseudo clone too!

Cool, more characters. I don't see the problem, if you're against a character being DLC, don't play as them. Simple as that

Oh, and there are limited DLC slots according to some in-game files

There are, like 5 extra "Mario" files were found, and look what character Crediar used to get ahold of Lucas, Roy, and Ryu~
