    Firstly, enter this code at the title screen:↑↓←→↑↑a↓a←a→a. Then, hold y and press start. Now, select a level and hold y and start until the level appears. Hopefully, you will have entered Debug Mode. If not, let me know.

    Odd. It worked for me. Let me explain. You need to press UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, UP, UP, C, DOWN, C, LEFT, C, RIGHT, C, then hold A+START. You need to press whatever button you assigned to C and A. Then when you choose your level, hold down A and START. Once the level loads, press B. Hopefully it works.
