    oh it easy take out minions first when your done then make him use 4 move now do this when he tried him lot of time till they wobble

    A pokemon with the special trait Gutsy can make Pokemon wobble more easily, even better if it's a Gutsy+,++, or higher and combine that with a spammable move and you're almost guaranteed to get a boss or something you missed

    There's also a wobbly tree you can upgrade to increase your chances and also moves that make Pokemon wobble easily. It's just pure luck whether you can make a Pokemon wobble or not, the best you can do is increase your chances like a Pokemon with the special trait Gutsy I mentioned earlier
