    You have to get to a certain level, then you will get a mega evolution shop. You have to pay 5 jewels though to mega evolve a pokemon.

    You need to use evolve stones I think, it from the king after I think if you reach Level 33. Or maybe if you go ahead throughout the game. I'm not an expert at this game but I do like getting Pokemon without capturing them. Im only in Level 12
