    I see they are all on the entrance and in order 2 go from entrance 2 the special u need a super fever which only appears when u have 3 rainbows in a row. If it does make a super fever (because u are not always get one from them) use the feature that lets u choose what ever stage u like and of course, smoldering caldera. In order 2 get dat feature u need 2 pass "the phantom theif appears(540+)"
