    You don't make them, you get the blue prints in Octo-vally by completing boss levels, then you shoe the blue prints to sheldon. Remember, only some of the blue prints make custom weapons, also you have to be a certian level to own them.

    I got 2 updates, The one that added Kelp Dome and those other weapons, and the one that added the Nossle Nose. I think it also added another weapon, but I can't remember!
