Well I just caught this... With a 3% catch rate. Yet when I first tried to catch it with a catch rate over 20%, it failed. Weird.

    not really, 3% does not mean it can't be catch, it only silme low %, same to 99%, it does not mean it can be catch 4 sure

    I know, but it's a bit odd I caught it with a lower chance than with a higher chance.

    then listen to this, only one time but I catch a pokemon with 1% 'can't remmber who', next catch was 88%, but it fail, I remmber that very match, now that odd, I was like, WT....!
