OK I AM OFFICIALLY LOSING MY MIND HERE HOW THE #+"^^""@@<[><=@!!&*&^>?/{ AM I SUPPOSED TO GET OUT OF THIS PLACE?????!!!!!! I'VE LOOKED ALL OVER MAGICANT AND CAN'T FIND ONE CLUE HOW TO GO BACK OR MOVE FORWARD!!!!!!!

When you first get to Magicant go up and out of the walls, head east (I believe you cross a bridge) there will be circles (holes) in the floor one of them leads to a secret passage.

Go down the stair in a certain order, I believe it's... right left left right. I can't remember for sure though.

Go down the holes in this order: Right, Left, Left, Right. Once that is done, follow the secret maze. There will be one more well in the maze. Be careful when you do this, because you will have to fight a powerful fish. After that, collect the Onyx Hook so you can return to Magicant. Finish the rest of the maze, talk to the guy, and you are out!
