I miss the old community. All of my old friends here don't post anymore and it's pretty upsetting.

  • Any idea if you can contact them? Have you tried that?

  • I haven't tried but it's still upsetting that they were driven away.

  • Not really like that, but when we got the whole flood of "new artists" that didn't bother trying to put more effort into their work, a lot of the older artists just sort of keft because of it. Everyone was getting fed up with the lack of effort.

  • I even did a drawing of these "new artist" taking over comic workshop *sigh* It's not the same anymore

  • Can't argue with that. I feel the same but I don't wanna bail again. I'm trying to post now and again. But... I agree with you. The lack of effort is disheartening. And I'm not of the kind to dish out compliments unless I legitimately like it.

  • I just wish some of them would have actually tried more. The community could have grown even better if they had, and we would have still had our old artists. It could have been great.

  • Weird I was actually think we would have been able to become a popular community especially if we hade our old friends most of them gave up on community and went to the youtube community others....they left miiverse

  • *sigh* When you're right, you're right. Maybe... Maybe cw2 will attract them back? I've tried giving tips where I can but don't wanna come off as overly critical. @Jazin: How you been holding up man?

  • Maybe it will, maybe it won't. This community has gone through a lot, both good and bad. There was the "war" of the comic spammer (which was ended when they were perma-banned, thankfully), and then we went through a huge sea of drama that could have led to another community "war", which was somewhat averted thanks to civilized conversations, and possibly things from before my time, I'm not sure.

  • It's turned into the Colors!gallery. huge bursts of drama and conflict, followed by a large amount of people "quitting" the community, and then we're flooded once again with more "new artists" which could lead to more problems if they don't keep themselves together and actually take advice from some more experienced members.

  • let us preserve the history of our community with the few of us that remain to let new people know what they need to do to avoid conflict and to better themselves. Maybe then we might be able to convince some of our older members to come back, and we can create a new, better CW community with wonderful art once again. But we can't just let it turn into the youtube community or the SSB communities

  • We can't have chaos with spam and posts with almost no meaning or correlation to our app, and we can't just have a huge gap of time where no one has posted anything, because that gets just as bland as spam. And I'm getting way to into this because it's very late where I live and I should probably go to sleep now.

  • It's not as bad as the YTC but I can see what you mean. It can get there. The colors! gallery's community is virtually non-existant. Barely any support unless it's for veterans. I only use it so my mom can see my stuff. I don't mind saying my mom's my biggest fan, lol. But... Jokes aside? I do wish we could fix this place up. I miss everyone too. But chances may be we're too far gone. We need to

  • find a place were we can become organized. It may not be here but perhaps the cwg? At least there we can actually SEE the comics posted. Here, it's difficult. Especially when it comes to reading text. And since it's online it doesn't have that 2-3 minutes wait period limitation for your posts. Which I personally find annoying.

  • the CWG would be a place we could go, but there's the issue with a wait period before your work is published. And for me, it takes forever for the site to load on my browser. But maybe, just maybe, we could convince some of our old artists to come back and turn this community into a thriving artist Utopia, and have our peace back again. That's really what I would like to see happen. I want to see
