is it possible to attach 2 mega stones to 1 pokemon, since charizard and mewtwo has 2 mega evolutions each?

Nope! Instead, you're badly forced to switch between Mega Stones for Charizard & Mewtwo, but the switching of the Mega Stones also cost you 5 PokeDiamonds.
