    Wrong. (They buy me food, water, provide shelter & clothing, don't abuse or neglect me, etc, etc.) My parents just say that video games are "stupid time wasters" and don't want me getting more. They don't seem to understand that getting DLC won't make me into some zombie, or that it will make me play games like 10x more than I normally do.     difficult to convine them otherwise. I guess they just think entertainment and fun aren't important parts of my childhood... (There they are wrong.) I'm probably gonna have to wait until my birthday. Which is in August.

    I had to go through this same dumb situation when I wanted Mario Kart 8. And it was not fun. They let me buy SSB4 as soon as I had enough money, but now it's like they just aren't going to let me get any more games.

    Your parents are right... Even though we all love games, you don't really need it. On the flip side once you do finally get it even though it came late you will have earned it by respecting and understanding their view on such matters. I can't wait for you to get it myself.
