everytime the level goes up on giratina thats how much percent you get for catchability because i was on level 3 10 minutes ago and now im on level 4 and when i was on level 3 i had 3 percent now i am on level 4 and have 4 percent. coincidence anyone???

    No it's intended. It specifically says it will get easier to catch Giratina as the stage's level increases. That's also why the left over moves aren't added. Go read the info on the stage if you want to know the rewards for clearing certain levels in the Escalation battle :)
