    If you were a true fan, you would just accept it and move on. Keep in mind this is a spinoff. The real thing isn't shown yet. And a petition to cancel the game? Not only disrespectful, but only for this, you guys don't deserve a new Metroid title.

    @Richard I laughed so hard at your comment. Metroid fans have waited 5 years for a new game and what do we get? A spin-off. That game is an insult to Metroid fans. And where is the real thing? On the NX. How is the petition disrespectful? Only a bunch of hurt fans trying to spread their opinions. We do deserve a new Metroid game but not a spin-off.

    It's a Spin off. Just accept it and move on. A petition to stop a game from getting release isn't just pointless, but also insulting to the people who work to make this. They spend hours from their lives programming and modelling when they could be enjoying their lives. Nintendo said they'll show more games today, so wait and pray for a new Metroid game. Lemme ask, do you know the Burnout series?

    Great. You should know that the last TRUE Burnout game was Paradise. When they release Burnout Crash, fans didn't say it was a huge letdown. They embraced it and simply saw it as a spin off. That was in 2011, and Burnout Paradise was released in 2008. We've been waiting for a new Burnout game for more than 5 years, and all we get is "Be patient with us"... We still haven't heard a word...

    You guys do deserve a new Metroid game, but a petition to remove a side game? It's pointless and could cause misleading to Nintendo. They may even think that people don't want a new game. Simply either ignore the game or wait for it to come out and then judge it. Don't judge a book by its cover as they say.

    When Burnout Crash came out, we had no main game to accompany it. Just wait and see, who knows what Nintendo will show today.

    Wow....The hype of the metroid didn't start until this week, the game looks good and seems like they're trying. Also IT'S COMING OUT NEXT YEAR. The petition is just out of rage, most don't mean it. I was raging at first, but when I thought about it the game seemed good. They added the metroid title because if they didn't people would say "why didn't they put a metroid title for sales".

    The thing that interests me about the game is that it seems to have dlc, blastball was made as a free one. The online mode looks good, just wish they went like Halo's multiplayer. They're heading the right direction, just off the main track.
