Ok i am no one to know anything about dating but im 12 and im a boy so heres my advice.
Write him a love letter on valentines day.
if ur school does a dance ask him to go with u
give him free unhealthy food. ppl my age would love free food (read my profile)
just try to hang out with him a lot and be cool
and if all else fails just tell him u like him a lot :D
