    Endeavor is the best move to make pokemon wobble (to catch em). use a pokemon with endeavor and a strong 2nd move, atleast 4 star in power (preferably 5 star), and use Endeavor on the foe till they wobble, then use the strong 2nd move to kill em. 100% catch rate that way

    good luck! as long as you can make groudon (or any boss) wobble and then you KO them immediately after, you'll catch em everytime :D but bosses can only wobble when you attack them while theyre sitting still, shaking/puffing
