I imagine the worst boss for Link would be giant bats. Two to be exact. One with fire and the other with ice blight. They just fly around with no agenda and spawn mini versions of them selves. All they have to do is touch Link and he gets burned or he freezes up. Then when he tries to shoot them the smaller bats become conventional and sheilds the big bats.
