    U can train the EV in the app "super training", but tge IV are a thing that is impossible to change

    yes they are imposible to change but my goal is to breed to get perfect IVs but I am looking for a way to find a ditto with atleast 1 perfect IV

    Yes thats possible, give the item "Destinity knot" to both pokemon in DayCare, breed the pokemon you want, put that pokemon in DayCare with a Destinity knot as well, and then the pokemons you breed will get IV very strong and maybe perfect.
