The only way to disconnect a NNID from your 3ds is to format it.

so if i make a totally new mii on the wii U 're-add a mii if you know wat i mean' and use the wii U mii thing as my alt will that work? very sorry for asking you so many questions

Nunca, if people hate you for no reason, that shows what kind of wrecked up people they are. Just ignore the haters and move on. It may be hard at first, but put your happiness first.
